Your initial enquiry
As the exclusive lettings agents for Olivers Place, Haslams Estate Agents will contact you following receipt of your completed enquiry form to provide more information and arrange a personal viewing with you.
Step 2
Make your offer
After your viewing, if you would like to go ahead with renting an apartment at Olivers Place, Haslams will conduct the necessary identification checks and pass your details to Touchstone who will contact you within 48 hours.
Step 3
Referencing & move in
Touchstone will then undertake a referencing process and discuss deposit arrangements. Once these are complete and a move-in date is confirmed, you can start making arrangements for the big day when you move in!
